  1. Online Payment:
  • You can securely pay for your order through our payment gateway using Visa or Mastercard.
  • When paying online, you will only be charged for the items scheduled for delivery.
  • Upon order confirmation, an email will be sent detailing your purchased items. We will also reach out to confirm delivery details and provide a final confirmation call, including any adjustments or missing items.
  • Cancellation Policy: To cancel your online order, submit a written request to our customer support within 24 hours. If approved, your card will not be charged, and the cancellation will reflect in your next bank statement.
  • No additional charges will be applied by Let’s Organic Market.
  1. Payment on Delivery:
  • You can choose to pay via cash or credit card upon delivery.
  • The customer must be present to receive for the delivery. If unavailable, you must ensure payment is left with a designated person.
  • Currency: All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
  1. Delivery Charges & Options:

    Terms and conditions for Abu Dhabi:

    • 250 to 350 AED: Delivery Charge: 30 AED
    • Above 350 AED: Free Delivery
    • Free Delivery Day: Thursday (Minimum Order: 250 AED)

    Terms and conditions for Sharjah:

    • 200 to 300 AED: Delivery Charge: 25 AED
    • Above 300 AED: Free Delivery
    • Free Delivery Day: Wednesday (Minimum Order: 200 AED) ​

    The terms and conditions for Dubai:

    • Minimum Order: 100 AED
    • Above 100 AED: Free Delivery
    • Premium Delivery: Minimum Order 100 AED, Delivery Charge: 15 AED ​

    For Ajman delivery:

    • Orders between 200 and 300 AED have a 25 AED delivery charge.
    • Orders above 300 AED have free delivery.
    • Free delivery is available every Wednesday for orders with a minimum value of 200 AED.
  1. Refund & Return Policy:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds are applicable for products with manufacturing defects or if the items delivered differ significantly from what was ordered.

Refund Requests:

  • To request a refund, contact our customer support team within one day of receiving your product via email at reachme@letsorganic.com or phone at 0545848900.

Product Returns:

  • In some cases, we may require the product to be returned to our store. Instructions for returns will be provided upon your refund request.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Perishable goods, including fresh produce and baby food, are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Timeframe for Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned items are inspected and approved.

Refund Methods:

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

  1. Return of Non-Perishable Items:
  • Non-perishable items can be returned to Let’s Organic Market within 2 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
  • For orders under 15 AED, we offer coupon codes for future purchases, valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
  1. Product Availability & Substitutions:
  • At Let’s Organic Market, we strive to keep our website updated with the latest stock availability. However, due to the organic nature of our products and collaborations with local suppliers, some items may become unavailable between the time of ordering and delivery.
  • If a product is out of stock, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp to discuss alternative options. If you prefer not to select an alternative, your order and receipt will be adjusted accordingly.

At Let’s Organic, we prioritize the quality and freshness of our products, ensuring that every customer enjoys the highest standards. To maintain this commitment, we have established clear return and refund guidelines for our customers in Dubai and other emirates.

For Dubai Customers:

  • Fresh Items:
    • Returns must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
    • The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Dry Products:
    • Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Returns are accepted only for damaged or manufacturing-defective items.

For Customers Outside Dubai (Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Al Ain):

  • Fresh Items:
    • Upon delivery, customers must check the items immediately.
    • Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery if the item is not wanted.
    • Due to scheduled delivery days in these areas, our drivers cannot return to collect items at any other time.
  • Dry Products:
    • Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Customers must store the items securely until the next scheduled delivery day for their city.
    • Once the item is collected and inspected by our Quality Test team at our store, refunds will be processed.

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 10 to 15 banking working days.
  • Refunds will be reflected via the original payment method used during purchase.
