Phytosterols (plant-derived sterols/stanols) help reduce LDL (“bad”) cholesterol by blocking absorption in the gut. Aged garlic adds antioxidant and cardiovascular support. Combined, they support healthy cholesterol levels and overall heart wellbeing.

Each capsule contains: aged garlic extract powder (equivalent to ~600 mg garlic bulb), phytosterols (~400 mg plant sterols/stanols), plus gelatin capsule, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source). Free from gluten, dairy, and preservatives.

Based on capsule contents: roughly 50% phytosterols, 50% aged garlic extract. That’s ~500 g phytosterols + 500 g garlic extract per 100 g, with trace amounts of gelatin, cellulose, silica & magnesium stearate. (Estimation from 200 mg + 300 mg per 0.5 g capsule)
